We have had this conversation before.  The jury determined he was NOT liable for rape.  Now a make case, standless wonder.

He owed a rationale for denying the motion. Unfortunately for Grifty, he paid big money for his lawyers to invite Kaplan to make the jury's point.
 

The rape issue played no part in the award. Even though Trump's legal team used "grope", Kaplan could have focused on other examples of actions that would fall under the Penal Code definition of sexual abuse to justify him denying the motion.  However, he chose to ignore (lie) about their verdict on question 1 (where they followed NY law) and redefine the parameters outside of NY law rather than focus on the things actually related to their award.

In your liberal mind...that makes him your hero.  In my mind, that makes him a partisan hack.
