when you have a problem, and no one else has the problem, and you create a new account, and you still have the same problem that no one else is having, then the problem is yours and yours alone.  I cannot fix it, because there is nothing for me to fix.  There is nothing wrong with the board. It is working as it should, and every other member can attest to that.
