IN NY STATE, until the SENTENCE IS HANDED DOWN, there is no "convicted felon" anything that is registered. AS IT STANDS RIGHT NOW, he was ONLY found "guilty" by a JURY and NOT GUILTY BY THAT JUDGE since nothing has been published NOR REGISTERED!! AND because there is NO SENTENCE applied and in ALL LIKELYHOOD, the ENTIRE VERDICT is about to be TOSSED since Bragg used testimony from INSIDERS and that is now called IMMUNITY!!

And even if Merchan rules that the verdict stands as there was no "immunity" to be had, an IMMEDIATE APPEAL is filed BEFORE any sentence is handed down!!
