Actually I am quite familiar.  Are you saying that a firearm is considered unloaded if there are no rounds in the weapon?  Did that weapon have rounds in the magazine?

I did not insist facts were wrong.  You said what ever about your host.  You did not post what constitutes an unloaded weapon.  Because you don’t know.
