No, DICKFACE, what matters is what the LAW says the verdict CAN BE based on how rape is defined, and in this case, the JURY found that NO RAPE OCCURRED!! A JUDGE does NOT get to re-determine what the verdict is or isn't based on "public opinion". HE MUST FOLLOW WHAT THE LAW SAYS!!! PERIOD!!!

And that is PRECISELY what Kaplan was attempting to do here. And another very good reason this case is going to be tossed on its *** on appeal!!

To allow such "motions" would be a VIOLATION OF THE DOUBLE JEOPARDY CLAUSE of our US Constitution. When a JURY says "not guilty" or 'NO" in a civil verdict, there is no other "explanation" or "motions" needed OR ALLOWED BY LAW!!
