If you listen to him he has answered it twice. Once yes, once no.

What an idiot. I have a rule against him. If he evades my question multiple times, then he must post his question the same number times before I answer. I posted a question 30 times. He evaded all 30. Now whatever question he has for me, he must post it 30 times, before I answer. 

He isn't happy about it, but oh well. He brings this **** upon himself.

What really happened here is his inability to read **** him.  3 days after he said yes he changed it to no.  But refuses to admit his initial answer was wrong .  13 days now.

He rarely reads posts, then it backfires on him. Almost every single time.

The conditions I set forth are clear.  Take them or leave them.  It is no cost to you, as usual.  Because you will not pay up.
