So you admit you made it up?
And now you're hoping for it to happen in order to have SOMETHING to cling to?

Apparently, you're completely unaware that SCHOOLS IN GAZA HAVE BEEN CLOSED SINCE THE OCT. 7th 2023 MASSACRE!
So how is it even possible for your idiotic vision of Israel intentionally bombing kids in school to take place?

You're REALLY clutching at straws today, aren't you?

Yeah, and they're ALSO being used by Hamas to hide their weapons, grenades, and rocket launchers that are used to attack Israel.  And when used for that purpose, they become legitimate targets for Israel.

You don't like it?  Then convince Hamas to follow the laws of international conflict and stop doing so.  But they won't, because the killing of innocent civilians helps them obtain sympathy from ignorant, pacifist liberals like you who rush to defend Hamas whenever civilians are killed.  Hamas AND HAMAS ALONE bear the responsibility for those civilian deaths, first for having begun this current war themselves on Oct. 7th, and then for storing their weapons in those schools, hospitals and mosques.

Why Hamas stores its weapons inside hospitals, mosques and schools
Washington Post By Terrence McCoy July 31, 2014
“Hamas chooses to use these protected areas for military purposes in order to shield itself from IDF strikes,” the Israel Defense Forces said this week. “And to draw international condemnation of Israel if the IDF is forced to respond.”

The United Nations has found troves of rockets hidden in three of its schools since the conflict began. “We condemn the group or groups who endangered civilians by placing these munitions in our school,” Chris Gunness, spokesman for the U.N. Relief and Works Agency, said in statement published Wednesday by the Times of Israel. “This is yet another flagrant violation of the neutrality of our premises. We call on all the warring parties to respect the inviolability of U.N. property.”

Earlier this month, the United Nations also found rockets piled inside one of its vacant schools — near other schools used to accommodate displaced people.

--------------------------------------------------------------------Today, on 21 November 2024, Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (‘Court’), in its composition for the Situation in the State of Palestine, unanimously issued two decisions rejecting challenges by the State of Israel (‘Israel’) brought under articles 18 and 19 of the Rome Statute (the ‘Statute’). It also issued warrants of arrest for Mr Benjamin Netanyahu and Mr Yoav Gallant.Decisions on requests by the State of IsraelThe Chamber ruled on two requests submitted by the Israel on 26 September 2024. In the first request, Israel challenged the Court’s jurisdiction over the Situation in the State of Palestine in general, and over Israeli nationals more specifically, on the basis of article 19(2) of the Statute. In the second request, Israel requested that the Chamber order the Prosecution to provide a new notification of the initiation of an investigation to its authorities under article 18(1) of the Statute. Israel also requested the Chamber to halt any proceedings before the Court in the relevant situation, including the consideration of the applications for warrants of arrest for Mr Benjamin Netanyahu and Mr Yoav Gallant, submitted by the Prosecution on 20 May 2024.As to the first challenge, the Chamber noted that the acceptance by Israel of the Court’s jurisdiction is not required, as the Court can exercise its jurisdiction on the basis of territorial jurisdiction of Palestine, as determined by Pre-Trial Chamber I in a previous composition. Furthermore, the Chamber considered that pursuant to article 19(1) of the Statute, States are not entitled to challenge the Court’s jurisdiction under article 19(2) prior to the issuance of a warrant of arrest. Thus Israel’s challenge is premature. This is without prejudice to any future possible challenges to the Court’s jurisdiction and/or admissibility of any particular case.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued multiple warrants on Thursday for those involved in the ongoing Israel-Gaza war. This included warrants for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his former defense minister Yoav Gallant and a Hamas official. The court has accused them of war crimes and crimes against humanity related to the war in Gaza, which followed Hamas' October 7, 2023, attack. Since then, Israel's military ground and air campaigns in Gaza have killed over 44,000 people, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. The ICC is recognized by 124 member nations, all of which in theory would arrest Netanyahu if he were to visit those countries. However, the ICC lacks its own enforcement mechanisms and the court depends on member nations to cooperate in executing arrest warrants, which they are obligated to enforce.Newsweek has reached out to the Israeli Government via email for comment.

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip. Warrants have also been issued for Yoav Gallant, Israel's former defense minister, and Muhammad Deif, Hamas' military chief, whom Israel says it killed in August.ICC chief prosecutor Karim Kahn requested the arrest warrants in May.Israel is contesting the allegations against Netanyahu and Gallant, which include "the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts."

The ICC’s three-judge panel said it had found reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant “bear criminal responsibility for … the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts”. In addition the panel said there were reasonable grounds to believe they bear criminal responsibility “as civilian superiors for the war crime of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population”.The panel said of Deif that it had found reasonable grounds to believe that he was responsible “for the crimes against humanity of murder, extermination, torture and rape and other form of sexual violence, as well as the war crimes of murder, cruel treatment, torture, taking hostages, outrages upon personal dignity, and rape and other forms of sexual violence”.

International humanitarian law prohibits Israel from imposing its own laws in occupied territory, which includes the application of Israeli laws to evict Palestinians from their homes. Furthermore, the laws in themselves are inherently discriminatory against Palestinians, in violation of Israel’s international human rights obligations.

UN Human Rights in Occupied Palestinian Territory Ramallah 30 July 2024 Israel must immediately end practices of forced eviction that threaten to displace more than eighty Palestinian families from their homes in Batn al-Hawa, Silwan, East Jerusalem The UN Human Rights Office in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is concerned that more than 80 Palestinian families face forced eviction from their homes in the Silwan area of occupied East Jerusalem, facilitated by the unlawful application of discriminatory Israeli laws against Palestinians in the occupied territory. Overall, around 87 Palestinian families, totalling approximately 600-680 individuals, are facing legal proceedings initiated by settlers to evict them from their homes in Batn al-Hawa. On 9 and 10 July, the Jerusalem District Court rejected the appeals of the Gheith, Abu Nab and Al-Rajabi families against eviction rulings in lawsuits submitted by Jewish Israeli settlers demanding the families' eviction. These families live in nine residential units accommodating over 80 Palestinians, including children, women, elders, and residents with special needs. In one example of particular concern, authoriti
