NY "Fraud" case against Donald Trump... is on DEATH WATCH !!

A New York judge agreed to indefinitely postpone sentencing in a criminal case against President-elect Donald Trump. The judge, Juan Merchan, said he is adjourning a planned Nov. 26 sentencing, and paved the way forward for Trump's lawyers to file a motion to dismiss.
THIS is a case where the NY court of appeals conducted a briefing... where they asked the prosecution QUESTION, after QUESTION relating to:
1) Why they would file charges against Donald Trump when Deutschbank DID NOT, and said they WOULD NOT, file a complaint !
2) The COMPETENCY of BOTH Donald Trump AND the Deutschbank... to value the property THEMSELVES... to make their own business decisions, and why "THEY" got involved !
3) WHY they would file charges, when NO ONE was "Damaged" ! and...
4) WHERE the justification for a $450 Million settlement came from !
NOW with THIS... it basically looks like THEY SEE the handwriting on the wall... were probably RIPPED a NEW one by the appeals court... and RATHER than embarrass themselves and the NY Courts... that they should NOT sentence, and LET the case be appealed and dismissed !!
AND THAT is EXACTLY what I expect will happen !!

AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!

EXACTLY... they NEVER sentenced Trump, and now, it LOOKS like they NEVER WILL... AND SO... HOW could the Democrats EVER call him a "convicted Felon"? Because he was NEVER sentenced !!
Personally, it looks like the Court of Appeals will dismiss it, and so just DELAYING the sentencing (and so the conviction) indefinitely... MAYBE provides the CORRUPT Judge, Prosecution Lawyers, and DA... some cover !!
BUT... DOES ALL this sound eerily familiar to the 2017 Russian Collusion Investigation... when they went thru ALL the motions, but were not able to PROVE anything... They did it ALL to destroy Trumps Presidency, and so, his re-election... AND WHEN THAT was not completely successful... they tried THIS FIASCO!
EXCEPT that the People were WISE to it by then... didn't believe ANY of it... RE-Elected Trump to ANOTHER term, WITH a LANDSLIDE win to boot... NOW, they are ALL Terrified because of what a Trump Presidency might bring DOWN on them... PERSONALLY, I think they made ANOTHER mistake... when they did not just dismiss it all IMMEDIATELY... Trump MIGHT have just forgotten about it, and moved on...
BUT, moving on NOW ? NOT only NO... BUT HELL NO !!

So what if he did? This would boil down to a contract dispute between two equally sophisticated private parties, were it not for the fact that neither party has an issue with any aspect of the contract. Deutsche Bank have stated they weren't interested in his valuation. The dismissal will mean, from a legal standpoint, Trump is not a convicted felon and no jury...in any court...has ever found Trump committed rape.
