It's merely a surgical procedure. Doesn't make it "real".

Tits and pumped lips are pretty obvious fakery most of the time.

I have a few acquaintances and/or relatives with prosthetic limbs.
They make better jokes about them than I can think of and even name them sometimes.
HandSolo, Lefty, etc...

But, holy ****! don't even mention that painted-face clown with the self-healing gash.
So dainty and delicate.
