Weird how spending only goes down when Republicans take control of the House, after Democrats have owned it, isn't it?
Clinton loves to take credit for producing a "Balanced budget" after he was forced into it by Gingrich and 3 vetoes. 
Same with Obama.  He came to office spending like a crack whore with a brand new credit card.  Then Republicans took the House.
