WHAT I'VE READ ABOUT HIM BEFORE.
WE HAVE TO QUESTION THE REASON FOR HIS APPOINTMENT. TRUMP AND RUBIO DURING THE DEBATES WERE ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE SPECTRUM. THERE WERE MANY OTHERS WELL SUITED FOR THE POSITION.
THERE HAS TO BE AN UNDERLYING REASON THAT WE DO NOT KNOW YET AND MAYBE AT A LATER DATE WILL BE EXPOSED.

I have great respect for you my man -  for being open to learning about Russia.

I grew up among a few outstanding Russian families.

The kids went to my public school during the day...then after the  public school day was done they went to a Russian school and were expected to maintain straight A's the whole way.
The hard work OF THEIR PARENTS paid off and my Russian classmates have all had what looks to be great careers and family lives.

True. Asians become so successful that universities limit their numbers
so as to let weaker black and hispanic students in.
