Not a problem.  Simply tell the parents who are in the country illegally they have a choice...take their children with them when they (the parents) are deported or sign away their parental rights to the child(ren) and put the kid(s) in the foster care system.  Life is about choices....the illegal alien will simply need to make one.

FYI...Jesus rarely got involved in the enforcement of Roman law.  He was concerned with how people cared for others.  Therefore, Christians should focus on caring for the children left behind by criminal parents.
