It was once a good town vast industrial base even a High School dropout could get a decent job in one of the plants raise a family & buy a new car & a house.
Then the economy changed most them plants been torn down rebuilt condos & shopping centers

What is the difference between more money was spent in Trumps term than Obama's 2. only because congress did all that covid-**** in 2020.
