A. The JURY has no legal basis or authority to grant any relief under appeal.

Doesn't matter what the presiding judge said.  This is about the Jury Finding.  If this was a criminal trial he would not have been found guilty of rape.

But you'd have to read his response to Team Grifty's petition. 

To understand why the jury had no problem concluding that a man who asserted historical precedent as reason for grabbing women by the ******, grabbed a woman by her ******, you only need to watch the deposition to which the jury was privy.

Trump is not on the hook for 2 mil for being found liable for rape.  The jury found him liable for sexual assault. Not rape.  Acknowledge you have been answered.  AGAIN!
