Ok, Pam, what's your plan when Biden issues blanket pardons for people not even accused of a crime? In order to be pardoned, I believe the person has to have been convicted of a crime, or at least acknowledge the crime he/she committed and then accept a pardon of that crime.
What's your plan, Pam? Hope you have a team of Sharks ready. Hope you've thought this through. The real question here is whether the Supreme Court will even take up the issue without at least some attempt by the Justice Department to charge a Biden-flunky with a particular crime.

The simple fact is that every last one of these bad actors violated state laws - not just federal. They have victims in all 50 states, and any one of those states could - and will not - indict tomorrow. Biden's pardon is worth only the value of the paper it is written on, in the state of Florida, for example. DeSantis' AG could indict Fauci tomorrow. The evidence is there, the crime is there, the grand jury would need about three minutes if it were shown the evidence by a serious prosecutor.

Drag them in for investigations, put them under oath, force them to tell the truth...since they accepted a pardon they are no longer eligible for the 5th Amendment....if they lie, go after them for perjury.
They wind up implicating a lot of people who don't have pardons or go to prison themselves....and America gets to see the **** show

What is your governor doing about it? Biden's pardon means as little to DeSantis as do your violated rights.
You should be leading the charge to get the FL attorney general to convene a grand jury, now that biden fixed the game at the federal level.
