Israel did acknowledge the "accident."  They've paid millions to the victims.  The US sends jew filth Israel hundreds of millions in aid, so, in effect, the US compensated the victims.  

My understanding says an accident is doubtful.  The bottom line is that jew filth Moshe Dayan said the hell with the U.S. and was looking after his own interest.
