You're showing your overwhelming stupidity.  Immunity might not be necessary.  From YOUR link;

"The judge did not, however, rule on a motion from Trump’s attorneys to dismiss the conviction because Trump has now been elected president."

Besides, even if Merchan wanted to, he cannot sentence Trump to any sort of confinement. He doesn't have authority to restrict the activity of the President.
