The DA's office urged an appeals court to reject Trump's immunity claim

 "Appellant does not specify or articulate how the appeal -- or indeed, any other aspect of this case -- will constitutionally impede or interfere with his duties once he assumes office," Fulton County Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney F. McDonald Wakeford wrote.

"The notice makes mention of these concepts without actually examining them or applying them to the present circumstances. In other words, Appellant has not done the work but would very much like for this Court to do so," the filing said.

The frequency with which this **** comes back to bite Yahoos is almost perverse...

I hope it does continue so the evidence of a fraudulent election is brought to light. If Biden didn't win will that nullify his pardons?

Trump, 6'3" and north of #220...probably never did a sit-up in his life...

 I did a search on VF of your VFSP article and >>>NOTHING<<< came up....which tells me it's buried so deep it makes jimmy hoffa's grave look like it's above grade....

one of their articles led me to esquire magazine which may have more articles on Trump than VF...same search, same results....AKA not a **** thing...
