sounds like how a MAFIA operates.

no I am concerned about the law. this not about politics. trump escaped because people were loyal and took the fifth. would any testimony from the proceedings of the committee be allowed? how does patel expect to prove trump is a victim?

patel does not a case to prove trump was unfairly targeted. i would not trust patel either. the committee had just cause to try the case and to go after them would be totally wrong.

perhaps this time eastman may talk since he got disbarred over this.  would trump want that? would patel?

The provision in the CR says that “upon a motion made promptly by a House office or provider for a House office, a court of competent jurisdiction shall quash or modify any legal process directed to the provider for a House office if compliance with the legal process would require the disclosure of House data of the House office.” -------- they have to provide their own witnesses not just invalidate testimony or evade people who took the fifth,
