Well, DICKBREATH, that's not "sanctions" as much as you would LOVE it to be. It's ONLY an action because he didn't provide her a FEE SCHEDULE, so there's that. AND IT's NOTHING MORE THAN THAT. NOT a sanction, rebuke or even a "disciplinary action", but an AGREEMENT that he would take a couple of CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES to CLOSE THIS ENTIRE **** MATTER!!

NOT a basic law school course, but a CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE to keep LAWYERS UPDATED on the changing landscape of Ethics, Client Communication, as well as other aspects of practicing law. MANY States require so many CLE hours per year or multiple years to retain your license to practice law.

he was sued by lawyers, who actually care  about the law. he should have not have represented hutchins because he was paid by a trump pac-- conflict of interest- violation of the most basic ethics, he should got disbarred not just a slap on the wrist. he should not have been her lawyer in the first place.
