Stefan Passantino represented Cassidy Hutchinson in multiple hearings before the now-disbanded House Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6 Attack on the U.S. Capitol. Attorney-client privilege is a legal protection that allows clients and their lawyers to discuss legal matters without fear of the information being made public or used against the client in court. The purpose of this privilege is to encourage clients to be fully open with their lawyers so that they can receive the best legal advice.
The privilege applies to: Written and oral communications, Individual and institutional clients, and Legal office staff that facilitates communications with the attorney
