Um, why do you add the requirement that they first hurt or kill an American?  What do other countries do when hostiles invade their borders?
 

Not all uninvited are hostiles, just illegally entering demanding equal treatment as citizens that are ancestors that sustained this society so far. Those entering won't even fix their own homeland, let alone defend this one.

Are you alive to help me? No. Am I here to save humanity corrupting every ancestor wishing life wasn't self evident into the fruition of history accomplished so far? No.

I exist as a replacement of my previous ancestry mislead by humanity for hundreds of generation gaps. I still compromise my time to people denying why they exist in plain sight for self preservation from the corrupted cradle to grave.
