The question asked is should he be prosecuted. That requires a law being broken.
Besides, who "principle" do we use? Your whiny *** liberal one or a much more reasonable one. But hey...if Sleepy Joe's DOJ wants to prosecute him, go ahead. Then we can see if liberals whine when #47 pardons him or accepts it as the President simply exercising his Constitutional authority.

What HASN'T been shown in ANY FORM is that Gaetz actually purchased a GUN at any time in question!!
