What TRUMP wants to do is REFORM IT so that AMERICAN WORKERS and those with H1B visas are able to play on the SAME LEVEL PLAYING FIELD without harming AMERICAN WORKERS by paying LOWER WAGES to the H1B visa holders, stop the "slave labor" occurring under the program by the Corp sponsors, and allowing COMPETITIVE WAGES to be paid under the program instead of 20% lower wages for the same work as AMERICAN WORKERS would get, which ONLY dives DOWN WAGES.
