Just FYI, the events of J6 were investigated by the FBI and they found no insurrection took place.  Might be difficult to convince people to overturn the results of a free and fair election just because you're a whiny *** liberal who's go to move is to stomp your foot and scream, "But I don't like Trump!"

Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection and Other Rights

Section 3
Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Exactly, Just saying anything is possible when everyone alive ignores why they are uniquely alive daily here daily never same form as their original fertilized cell each heartbeat added next being alive one at time in plain sight as ancestrally positioned in series parallel time occupying space one at a time located exactly in longitude and latitude here now.

Longitude is time zone semantics, latitude is temperate zone between tropics and opposite seasons at each polar axis be it north, south, dawn/east, dusk/west, solstice, equinox, solstice equinox delivery 8 seasons shifts 4 times a year, am side of the planet revolving around the star at the core which is this solar systems actual north star since everything revolving around it is south regardless which direction one looks back towards the star in daylight from dawn to dusk.

Dusk to dawn a person sees the universe outside this specific solar system, in this specific galaxy, by each specific ancestor in this species regardless which of 5 generation gaps they became after birth.

There are those who argue the President is not an officer of the United States.  They point to this part of Article II, Section 2 (emphasis mine);

"He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States,..."

The position is the President appoints officers and is not an officer since the consent of the Senate is required to be an officer.  That has never been adjudicated.

Trump participated?
Any proof?

No conviction needed?

So we enforce laws and penalties without convictions?
