I want to tell you something very clear, don't worry about American pressure on Israel, we, the Jewish people control America, and the Americans know it."
The radio said Peres and other cabinet ministers warned Sharon against saying what he said in public because "it would cause us a public relations disaster."

STEM salaries (minus a brief boom in software compensation from 2011-2021) have gone nowhere since the 90s adjusted for COL. If there was a shortage the wages would be 50-100% higher, unless you magically believe the labor market is immune from S/D

Something else to consider when looking at that wage data:

So what does that wage data say? My guess it says you are on the low end of the pay scale at the beginning of your career. Then after 30 years in the field you end up on the high end. There are those motived enough (or lucky enough) to move through the scale quite quickly. This group is in high demand and will usually move on once income is peaked at whatever job. 

Today, it is even more important to research that job sector before dumping $100k into an education.

One other thing that is for sure with the younger generations is they most definitely believe they are worth more than what the job market will bear. That really isn't a bad thing, just don't put it on the employer when you have the power to make a change and find the better paying job.

So how did the year end out with the options? Double or triple your trading account? Think we ended up around 12-13% for the year.

My wife wasn't feeling the Business Major when in college and switched, very good decision. She graduated in 1992 with a Master's. Her first job paid $800/month, didn't even cover school loans. It didn't take her long to switch to the medical side and has made good money ever since. 2020 was her last full time job with a pay and benefits package North of $150k. They are paying even more now and the headhunters call on a regular basis. She is coasting for another year till 62, working 20 hours a week at a Charter School. I suspect she will continue to maybe do teletherapy online, the woman just can't sit still!!!

Keep trying with the options, scared money never wins. Just know your limits.
