So, I don't know if this "new video" has been out for some time or not, but I just had a chance to see it. Several things I didn't realize, probably because I didn't give it much thought before.

There was a group of people who were already well inside of the Capital building.  I guess they were trying to get at wherever the legislators where hiding out. Ashli Babbit was one of the ones in the front, and there were two men beside her ramming security glass repeatedly with flag poles to try and gain entry.  Somehow, I guess someone smashed the glass over to the side, and this is where Babbit climbed up and tried to enter.

The first thing I'm going to say is she and the other two really F-ed around and found out. I thought she was climbing in from the outside and into the front area of the Capital previously.  I didn't realize just how far inside they were.

The capital cop had his gun pointed at her for quite some time.  She probably should have stopped. He didn't shoot until she climbed up on the window opening and tried to get past that particular barrier.

Was this a "bad shoot"?  The cop could have possibly jumped her and cuffed her, once on the other side.  But, if he did that while the other two continued to bash the windows in, he could have been overrun.  I would say that if no one else was physically beating on the other glass trying to gain entry, it would be a bad shoot.  But, given the totality of the circumstances, I honestly can't say that.  Judgment call on his part, IMHO.

I'm sure I'll get some **** for saying this.  I would like to know how others would justify NOT shooting her, given the circumstances.

The new Trump DOJ has to get justice for Ashli Babbit. That cop has to go to prison.

Do you believe the cop feared for his life from an unarmed woman? He sounds like a coward to me, and I don't throw that term around loosely.

You wouldn't believe some of the sworn testimony before the Jan 6th committee...

Wait...you refused to...

This is awkward.

I don't know if the cop feared for his life.  He was doing a job - protecting a locked off area of the capital.  Cops don't have to fear for their lives to make a "good shoot" in he line of duty.  He's not some civilian living in a communist state where a person has to prove their fear for their life before defending themselves.

The cop waited to fire until someone entered the area he was guarding.  Could the cop have avoided shooting the woman? I think so, that's why I asked whether he or the other cops behind Babbit could have simply cuffed her.

Oh, I still think the Democrat's contrived Jan 6 "insurrection" is ****.  One unarmed woman getting shot is not an insurrection.  It was mob vandalism, to a much lesser extent than the Democrat BLM and Covid riots.

I am merely analyzing one incident that took place on Jan 6; applying some critical thinking to a very specific thing that happened, and questioning that perhaps it was not a "bad shoot".

If seeing the evidence informs your view of Babbitt imagine what seeing Grifty's own legal counsel testifying under oath would do to your perspective.

It's tough to critically consider that which you've determined to ignore.

Unarmed protesters is not an insurrection.  When people, all of whom have guns, show up at the capital to protest WITHOUT GUNS, there is no insurrection.  At worst, several of them were part of a mob committing vandalism of government property.

I show that you're lying, and you turn yourself in to the FBI for being a multi state groomer.

Deal?

Again, answer this question. Why do you have to make deals to answer questions?
