So, I don't know if this "new video" has been out for some time or not, but I just had a chance to see it. Several things I didn't realize, probably because I didn't give it much thought before.
There was a group of people who were already well inside of the Capital building. I guess they were trying to get at wherever the legislators where hiding out. Ashli Babbit was one of the ones in the front, and there were two men beside her ramming security glass repeatedly with flag poles to try and gain entry. Somehow, I guess someone smashed the glass over to the side, and this is where Babbit climbed up and tried to enter.
The first thing I'm going to say is she and the other two really F-ed around and found out. I thought she was climbing in from the outside and into the front area of the Capital previously. I didn't realize just how far inside they were.
The capital cop had his gun pointed at her for quite some time. She probably should have stopped. He didn't shoot until she climbed up on the window opening and tried to get past that particular barrier.
Was this a "bad shoot"? The cop could have possibly jumped her and cuffed her, once on the other side. But, if he did that while the other two continued to bash the windows in, he could have been overrun. I would say that if no one else was physically beating on the other glass trying to gain entry, it would be a bad shoot. But, given the totality of the circumstances, I honestly can't say that. Judgment call on his part, IMHO.
I'm sure I'll get some **** for saying this. I would like to know how others would justify NOT shooting her, given the circumstances. I also question why the cops behind her didn't grab these people and cuff them.

It's tough to critically consider that which you've determined to ignore.
That's why I'm calling it out, Plug.

Well, you still haven't posted any in this thread.
This doesn't make sense. The links to videos supporting your assertions would come from OTHER sites.
Of course, that's your choice. You just aren't very convincing when you say many more videos are out there showing trump supporters acting violently.

The Dumpster Fire you just returned to the WH...
If the Capital Police were serious about protecting the Capital and not setting up people for the "insurrection narrative", they would have had plenty of people guarding the Capital armed with rubber bullets, batons, shields, tasers, rifles, etc.*Huey » 48 minutes ago » wrote: ↑ One of my first comments on the forum following Jan 6th is I was surprised more weren't shot as they were climbing the walls.
