On all counts, in little more time than it took to read them.
Obviously you posting here is how you handle your own self debasing your body, from your mind. Shame your brain was the nucleus of your specific fertilized cell.

If it makes you feel any worse, these fraudulent trials probably put Trump back in the White House.

The proceedings are set to begin at 9:30 a.m. Though the president-elect is expected to avoid jail time, his sentencing on 34 counts will formalize his status as a felon and make him the first to carry that distinction into the White House.

I have a feeling the first move will be to challenge the constitutionality of the law.
What changes between Biden saying he won't pardon Hunter and Trump saying he won't go after politicians abusing their office and when he does it won't be just because they went after him since November 2016. the DOJ and this country's whole court system has been working that way decades before the 20216 election.*Beekeeper » 10 Jan 2025, 2:17 pm » wrote: ↑ There is no doubt that is in the mix. The FIRST challenge will be the FAILURE of Merchan to require a unanimous verdict on the "underlying crime" that Bragg used to make it a felony!! This is COUNT 1 of violation of the Constitutional rights of a defendant.ConsRule » 10 Jan 2025, 3:37 pm » wrote: ↑ I have a feeling the first move will be to challenge the constitutionality of the law.
That is why there were "experts" saying the law is unconstitutional while the trial was in process. Since Trump is the only person to be prosecuted under this law, someone now has legal standing to challenge it's constitutionality.*Beekeeper » 10 Jan 2025, 4:29 pm » wrote: ↑ The FIRST challenge will be the FAILURE of Merchan to require a unanimous verdict on the "underlying crime" that Bragg used to make it a felony!! Because NO EVIDENCE was introduced to PROVE any "underlying crime" happened NOR was any "underlying crime' even introduced in an indictment OR during the trial. Merchan SHOULD have completely dismissed this case based on that alone, but his HATE OF TRUMP clouded his mind and judgement. The US Constitution REQUIRES that element of a impartiality happen or it's a TOTAL **** trial!!
And the NEXT one will be Merchan donating to DEMOCRAT CANDIDATES and that is a TOTAL prohibition in NY STATE LAW!!
The list goes on and on, but that's 3 MAJOR defects in this case that WILL result in a complete DISMISSAL of this "conviction" and a TOSSING of the verdict by either the NY State Supreme court or the SCOTUS if it gets to them.
