HA!! ...OH... YOU MEAN the 34 Misdemeanors, that had all exceeded the statute of limitations, had been passed up by prior DA's and legal experts, and that this Judge and DA, had to twist, interpret, bastardize... and in a rigged trial, in a 99% Liberal district... where they had a jury FILLED with Anti-Trumpers... ONLY THEN got a conviction !! BUT, DID NOT want to actually sentence Trump... so waited until the election... HOPING that Trump would LOSE ! BUT, NO SUCH LUCK !!
So, after another couple months... and after an appeals panel of judges made every indication that the case would be overturned if brought before them... Merchand STILL decided to go thru with the sentencing... HE HAS to KNOW the chances are high the entire case will be overturned... BUT, HE STILL went thru with it, just so they could call Trump a "Convicted Felon".... IGNORING that the VOTERS who KNEW what was going on, and Elected Donald Trump ANYWAY...
HE (Merchand) has now MADE HIMSELF the FACE of a BASTARDIZED, CORRUPT and WEAPONIZED NY Legal System, and that he SHOULD have just let the case go... BUT, he did NOT... and NOW... he WILL PAY for it... with his Career, his Judgeship, and his Credibility...
AND, DONALD TRUMP will beat him about the head and shoulders for the next FOUR (4) years... and there is NOTHING that he can do to stop it !!
AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!
