You are inaccurate since China's ruling elites moved to Taiwan in 1949. mainland China isn't the imperial China it was before 1949.

Oriental not chinaman. Oriental covers both genders of Yellow pigmentation. Same way native americans are red pigmentation. Africans are black pigmentation. From what I have read about the drones over Jersey is restricted airspace uses a jammer of some type that disrupts the signal.  Which cause the drone to either crash or return to where it came from That is for commercial drones.

Maybe they figured out how to do that with military drones.
