No, were talking about concocted misdemeanors that were illegally upgraded by changes to the law specifically to arrest and convict a single person that the corrupt Biden administration believed was the ONLY way he could defeat Trump was to charge him with made-up "crimes". And Biden probably wouldn't have even bothered if he realized his own party was about to throw him under the bus and force him to withdraw his nomination.
