Special counsel Jack Smith's final report lays out in no uncertain terms federal prosecutors' position that Donald Trump -- who is set to be inaugurated president in less than a week -- would have been convicted on multiple felonies for his alleged efforts to unlawfully overturn the results of the 2020 election, had voters not decided to send him back to the White House in the 2024 election.

 That was one of the primary conclusions included in Smith's final report on his election interference investigation, which the Justice Department released early Tuesday morning after a federal judge, late Monday night, cleared the way for the report's release.

 The report lays out the probe that resulted in Trump being charged in 2023 with four felony counts of undertaking a "criminal scheme" to overturn the results of the 2020 election in an effort to subvert democracy and remain in power. Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges.

and the documents case was even more of a slam dunk.

No wonder Aileen and Free Ride had to pull out all the stops.

They should be tried for Treason.

Trump hasn't done anything to have the 25th invoked.  Let me know when he does.  That is what makes it wild.

In all history of the US, there has never been a greater abuse & intent to harm a president as has been done to Trump. In this matter, Trumps intent was to right the wrong of a rigged Election vs trying to hijack it. Proof; Remove the illegal changes to rules governing voting & Biden never wins….FACT

What is the point?  All they were doing was having hypothetical discussions that could go absolutely nowhere.  I understand the liberal media jumped all over it to make it look like Trump was on his way out.

Liberals loved saying the 25th should have been used against Trump, but short of an impeachment conviction the cabinet and Congress cannot remove the President from power without the VP.  Even then, all the President has to do is write a letter telling Congress he can discharge his duties and he is immediately returned to power. Getting the President out of office using the 25th then requires a 2/3 vote of BOTH the House and Senate.

Everyone needs to resign themselves to the reality to no President will ever be removed using the 25th because no President will admit he is unable to discharge his duties.
