All of which is completely irrelevant when it comes to the 25th Amendment.

Invoking the 25th WAS a theoretical discussion.  Without the cooperation of the VP...and Pence had already said he would never consent to using the 25th...the cabinet could NOT remove the President.  The VP must participate if the 25th is going to be used to remove a President.  Additionally, the President could immediately submit a letter to Congress saying he could discharge his duties.  Then, a 2/3 majority of both chambers is required with a specific time frame.

Maybe you should read the Constitution.  The pertinent section of the 25th:

Section 4.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide,...

The fact is that the 25th isn't given serious consideration in every administration. It is far from routine and yet more evidence of the complete dysfunction of the Chief Executive in question.

It is also a fact that you were either lying or didn't understand the 25th. And, it is also fact that if the VP wasn't involved, it wasn't being given serious consideration in the first Trump administration.  The VP is REQUIRED to participate in any removal effort.
