The so-called "victims" of any Trump U fraud had their own sharks to chomp at Trump.  And, chomp they did, as you aptly pointed, taking bite out of him for millions.  Why should Florida pay Pam Bondi to get involved where private sharks are perfectly happy feeding upon on another?
