Also, people argue with other people. Very common, ya know.
You argue with yourself, Underdose.

it is Biblical what people do to their own species.
Semanitcs with metaphors again. Your reality is imploding while your ancestral position is the same evolving its been ignoring now is eternity when it actual has been while you played God's chosen people to inherit the earth tomorrow, 7 days a week intellectual time defining tomorrow the 12 hours of rotation between international dateline and Greenwich noon, as 90 degrees longitude is the dawn event 24/7 evolving never exceeds the moment here.Deezer Shoove » 23 Jan 2025, 8:15 am » wrote: ↑ Unhang yourself. No, not at all. My point was that because I wasn't at the end of my life, but still experiencing one element of what has been reported, I didn't have anything close to a NDE - nothing spiritual about it at all. My other point was that when many people report their own experiences, and some of those experiences have rather similar parts to them, that is something I just can't ignore.

without ever having to meet you from now on, I **** your methods up deceiving people cradle to grave.

The accounts of meeting Angels, God, Jesus, and people they know who are helping them through this are very detailed, often non-denominational, and usually have very similar aspects, some of which are provable but can't be explained.DeezerShoove » 23 Jan 2025, 9:15 am » wrote: ↑ Exactly. Reflexes, adrenalin, etc. all spike or wane and can produce a similar experience.
Nothing magical about "near death" at all. Not surprising people recall common reactions.
I can't ignore coincidental events either. A mammal shuts down, but recovers just in time.
Close call, lucky, second chance, whatever. Life-changing simply because...
Nothing religious about any of that from my point of view. Revises personal philosophy about life, perhaps.
Do you believe an explosion was the cause of so many perfect things falling exactly in place? I'm not very religious, not that it means anything in regards to creation.....but like a crossword puzzle, there's too many pieces fitting together that would preclude a haphazard bang starting it all.DeezerShoove » 23 Jan 2025, 9:15 am » wrote: ↑ Exactly. Deezer says that he believes in God, the Creator. He just doesn't believe in souls, or a realm where our consciousness goes after done with our lives.RebelGator » 23 Jan 2025, 9:24 am » wrote: ↑ Do you believe an explosion was the cause of so many perfect things falling exactly in place? What kind of God would create a man without a soul?Skans » 23 Jan 2025, 9:29 am » wrote: ↑ Deezer says that he believes in God, the Creator. He just doesn't believe in souls, or a realm where our consciousness goes after done with our lives.
Not that I really have the ability to answer this, but I'll give it a whirl.
I believe in some incomprehensible power, energy, entity that causes the universe to "start". That concept even of itself is unfathomable. I hate to use the word "create" because I don't even know if that applies.Skans » 23 Jan 2025, 9:40 am » wrote: ↑ Not that I really have the ability to answer this, but I'll give it a whirl.
The real question is: can a person believe that a divine or far-advanced being could create the Universe, knowing that it would eventually give rise to intelligent life, but stay "hands-off" in interfering with the course of that Universe or the life it contains? I think this is approximately what @Deezer Shoove believes (but he can speak for himself). In such a creation, it could lead to life which doesn't have souls, or at least in this thought experiment it is possible.
In other words, intelligent design doesn't necessarily lead to souls. The two can be mutually exclusive. In that line of thinking, Humans create artificial "realms" all the time and call them video games. Interject generative AI in those "games" and we might end up creating a universe that is completely soulless.
When I am being stereotyped by a typecast personality that doesn't ever want to understand the natural timing of occupying space part of the eternal processing of adapting in plain sight daily really gets my brain diving into their FACTUALLY organzied reasonable doubt used throughout history that corrupted every generation gap of my previous generations before I was conceived and the chain of commands working the same methods daily after my birth.Deezer Shoove » 23 Jan 2025, 9:04 am » wrote: ↑ OCD is a stinky cologne. It's ok by me if you want to appear to be on a higher roost in this coop. I don't care.
The only trouble with your way is you want to also appear to be above such pettiness.
In the end, you're as petty as they come... Welcome to society, lowly human.
