Musk is rather socially awkward so it is quite possible that he was stiffly trying to throw love to the crowd for helping put Trump back in office. If he keeps doing it then maybe there is some credibility to this claim. But we shall see.

Apparetly he was saying my hear goes out to you as he moved his hand from heart.  Even the ADL says it wasn't a nazi salute.
