Even though there is no proof that Putin ever gave this speech to his congress...it sure sounds a lot like a leader who loves his country and who is denouncing [[[JEW WORLD ORDER MASS IMMIGRATION AGENDA]]]
Has Putin ever been asked point blank if he spoke these words or not...?
Ask a so called "Fact Checker" for that level of proof that Putin never spoke these words.......
