So why do they call the control cabin of an aircraft a cockpit? Two chickens fighting who won't exist if the price of eggs go into Trump Coin Zone?
Snort the Hegseth Testosterone and let me know.
Was the pilot of the helicopter a boy or a girl or quantumnly entangled in the X category?
Either it was feremones gone kamikaze or raging mad trainers,
Do you think the Military effed up? VFR is VFR... But admitting it will never happen.
Blame the DEI dwarf who did not have his high chair and couldn't see the screen.
You seem to have a lot more questions than answers.
Yet it is on topics where you have the very least intelligence - and I mean that in both senses of that word - that you are most likely to opine. An example is the Ukraine war. I am convinced by the evidence of your posting history that before the war started, you could not have pointed to Ukraine on a map. I am absolutely certain that you know nothing of that country's history - before OR after the collapse of the Soviet Union. You are an abysmal pit of ignorance on the topic, to this day - notwithstanding you've had plenty of time to use the google machine. None of this dissuades you from posting banal, sophomoric, utterly uninformed twaddle about how things should proceed in bringing the war to a close.
You're not even informed enough to understand that nothing short of a nuclear war is going to pry Crimea - whose citizens voted to join Russia in keeping with the laws and policies of the U.N. and the ICC - from Russia's sovereign grasp. Even the MODESTLY informed understand that Crimea is gone. It's Russia now. You can "should" all over yourself all day long - that's never gonna get Crimea back.
Niggling to ME about "Hegseth testosterone" does not bring anyone back to life. We have an obvious problem, and it's pretty obvious to ME that it's a management issue.
Now, as a fellow with some experience with managing departments and organizations, I can attest that hiring right is important. I can also attest that creating arbitrary hiring standards that winnow available talent will manifestly interfere with hiring right, ESPECIALLY in cases where a particular aptitude and skill set are paramount. So it's beyond clear that DEI is a significant component of the problem - WHATEVER Hegseth's testosterone levels. I cannot speak to whether training, equipment, culture, work conditions, remuneration, etc., are also components. They likely are. But on its face, DEI is gonna **** up a high skilled, high stress work environment - and this, on the level of duh, and on the level of derp, and on the level of gee whiz. Even on the level of heck, we shoulda seen THAT one coming.
Just look at the recent past, for **** sake. Biden says UP FRONT I am only gonna tap a broad, and she has to be a mud. Well, buddy, you just threw away something like 90% of your applicant pool. You've reduced the **** out of your hay stack, but you've thrown away a lot more needles than hay. It is a stipulated FACT that of-colored women are over-represented within the ranks of the impoverished. Your party cries about this every four years - never tries to fix it, but cries about it every four years. So it's what we call "stipulated-to." And given the implications of this stipulation, no one should be surprised that Willy Brown's cackling concubine being tapped was the net result of such foolishness. DEI is simply stupid and counterproductive and dangerous to ANY work environment. It is nigritudinous nepotism destined to negate net productivity.
