The Panama Canal Concession was granted in 1903, for 5 miles on each side of the Panama canal (which the United States Built). and WHICH the United States relinquished to Panama, UNDER the limitations stipulated above !!

In other words, Panama DOES NOT have right to grant control of the "Panama Canal" to ANYONE, much less a clear ADVERSARY of the Uniterd States of America... and America has the RIGHT to TAKE BACK control if the Neutrality is compromised...

China has started the process of doing EXACTLY THAT, and Panama DOES NOT have the right to permit it to happenen WITHOUT the United States permission... WHICH IT DID, and WITHOUT the approval of the United States...

Manuel Noriega paid the price almost 40 years ago... and it looks like THIS Panama leader is going to make EXACTLY the same mistake !!!

Does anyone even know what Carter's justification was for handing over the Panama Canal to a stupid 3rd world nation?  I know Carter was a dead-fish, squishy President, but he wasn't a moron (Joe Biden was truly a moron).  He had to have put some thought behind this?

17 years in Vietnam And, now Vietnam is has become a trusted manufacture of goods imported into the US as opposed to the Chinese. Some degree of success there.
20 years in Afghanistan And, no one from within the borders of Afghanistan has attacked anyone in the US.  Our military eliminated that country as any kind of threat.
