Are you aware that 90% of the avocados consumed in this country are grown in California?
So what can even the dumbest liberals like you learn from that fact?
Is it that in your economic ignorance, Americans will continue to buy an avocado imported from Mexico when the price is 25% higher than those grown in California, Florida, or Hawaii? Are you too ignorant to grasp the fact that US avocado growers will see their sales increase as a result of that Trump tariff on Mexico? Or is it just that you hate ANYTHING that benefits the American economy if Trump does it, while adoring the stupidity of Biden when he intentionally caused the price of gas to triple?
Or are you too ignorant to figure that out simply because of your insane hatred of anything Trump does?
Read the facts, nitwit!:
Lord, save me from the ignorance of Trump-hating liberals like Eggplant!

Can't stand it when the topic you think is going to hurt Trump turns out to be a complete lie and proves his policy is good for the country?
Maybe if you had half a brain, you wouldn't be so gullible as to start a post without checking how easy it would be to expose the lie your **** left-wing source wants to promote?
But I guess that's more work than most lazy *** want to expend, isn't it?

Really don't hate to burst your Trump bubble, but Trump is the lesser of evils that won the last election(I voted for him also). He isn't correcting human error compounding by each generation gap serving ideas life exceeds adapting personally alive daily here in series parallel positions of total sum 5 generation gaps dividing 5 ancestral lineages currently added one at a time since inception of this species native to this universal position so far.Zeets2 » 31 Jan 2025, 2:57 pm » wrote: ↑ What's wrong, Eggplant?

So you're saying that if you're shopping for avocados in the supermarket, and you see two bins full of them, one from California growers selling at the same price as they always have of $1 each, and another bin with avocados from Mexico at $1.25, when they were also $1 each last week, you would pay more for the Mexican avocado every time?jerrab » 31 Jan 2025, 4:08 pm » wrote: ↑ sure. raising prices is always good for the country. americans love to pay more, in fact they petition stores to raise prices.
Oh, so you're saying that the new Trump tariff WON'T have any effect on the price of imported avocados sold in the US?

Because if that's the case, it means that the Mexican avocado growers have absorbed the Trump tariff in order to be price competitive with the US avocado growers, doesn't it?
This tariff will be a huge boon to the California growers, and the only Americans that pay ANY of that tariff are the ones (probably like you) who are dumb enough to spend an extra 25 cents to buy an imported one!
Do you disagree, you economic moron?
