Just because people believe that, doesn't mean they are. China is ahead daily from Washington DC 13 hours each rotation, 7 days a week intellectual time. Beyond that evolving is happening simultaneously in the spontaneously intellectual 24/7 the same globally inhabiting time eternally separated now.
