This makes the money in question 0.017% of the Federal Budget....and you, very Usefool.

This is why you have never voted for a POTUS who bequeathed a smaller deficit to his successor than what he inherited...

Every dollar the US government spends they take from someone else, so while you think the waste, fraud and abuse are miniscule they still matter. Every dollar the US government doesn't spend is a dollar they don't need to steal from their citizens.
