the reason for the restettlement was given at the press conference also on how the reconstruction would happen after the fighting is over. I think many of them would be naturally agreeable to being given the option to relocate.
NO.....I don't think Trump is going to have a million or so of them relocated to the USA...yet I have no idea where the extra real estate will come from.
