• The Judge is U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer
• He is a New York federal judge, licensed as an attorney in the state of New York
• In New York, this ****-eating-Obama-appointed judge can be disciplined and sanctioned and possibly removed for blatantly failing to follow the law.   The process is overseen by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct (CJC).  The CJC investigates allegations of judicial misconduct and can take disciplinary action against the Judge.
• AG Pam Bondi and the Trump Team better freaking be on this like white-on-rice! Stop letting activist judges push the President around without shoving a hot forged spike up his *** with the Commission on Judicial Conduct.

This is NOT a constitutional crisis.  It is NOT just the "law at work".  It is judicial misconduct.  And, there are ways to deal with this ****.  Harsh, mean, butt-hurting ways. JUDGES, if you want to **** around and find out, keep jacking-off out-of-bounds, because there ain't no Merrick Garland around to protect you anymore!!!

Oh, you mean the guy that ruled that Washington State's Sexually Violent Predator Law was "criminal in nature"?
Or the same guy that had his weak sentence of a terrorist overturned by the appellate court because he ignored the mandatory sentencing guidelines?

And there's no doubt that the appellate court will overrule him again on his idiotic decision on birthrate citizenship as well, so be prepared to eat some more crow when Trump wins again, Eggplant!
