John Bolton is a MORON... Trump is trying to stop the war in Ukraine, and will need Russia to agree in order to make that happen... MAKE NO MISTAKE however... America is MUCH, MUCH, stronger than Russia, and in a MUCH better position if things go wrong, BUT, PEACE would be better for America, Europe, Ukraine, AND Russia... and THAT is Trumps primary goal !  After it's over... I don't think Russia is going to get all the sanctions lifted, and UKRAINE probably will be given some of the frozen Russian assets to start to rebuild... AND, I don't think Russia will get all of the Ukrainian land they invaded & wanted... THEY will need to make concessions... but will undoubtedly keep some. 

The bottom line... the war will end, Ukraine will still be independent, they will get money from all over the world to rebuild, NATO will be stronger militarily to respond in the future, Poland and all the Baltic nations will help Ukraine stabilize itself and rebuild their economy... AND, will to be in a much better position to recover from the war.   America will take over supplying Europe & Ukraine with oil & gas.... and Russia? they will STILL be a pariah state, shunned, NOT trusted, and THEY will have to make due...

I see Russia trending DOWN... and Europe & Ukraine trending UP... There will probably be another war in Ukraine eventually... but, Ukraine will be stronger and better prepared, have better alliances with much of NATO, and NATO (with a mandate for a 5% GDP Military budget, and OIL & Gas supplied from USA, Canada, & Greenland.  rather than Russia) will be in a MUCH better position to respond... If Russia initiates ANOTHER war... it COULD be their last !
