Go ask them. I don't give a **** about convincing you of anything. I've watched and read plenty to see that preserving the lives of children and hostages is something they try to do - to their detriment. But, ultimately, they have a war to fight and win. It would have been easy enough for Israel to have gone into Gaza with a scorched earth campaign leaving no human alive and no building standing. As far as I'm concerned, that's exactly what they should have done. Heck, the US did this in Afghanistan not to long ago.jerrab » 23 Feb 2025, 12:40 pm » wrote: ↑ what effort did they do to make sure no children were killed, hostages or children in gaza??

They were at war. Gaza's military was hiding under these buildings using them as shields. There's an overwhelming amount of evidence of this. Like I've said, when one nation attacks another without provocation, I believe the defending nation has the right to exterminate all people of the attacking nation. I do not believe in wars where soldiers try to save the lives of their enemies. That is some kind of weirdo Y2K newage, hippie-dippy ****.Vegas » 23 Feb 2025, 12:47 pm » wrote: ↑ Did you pay attention to their actions when bombing the **** out of Gaza. They leveled civilian buildings with the civilians in them. There was nothing accidental about it.
Leaderships lead, fellowships follow, general population just tries to survive the antics of the other two ways psychologically dividing ancestral lineages each generation gap forward, daily.Skans » 23 Feb 2025, 12:52 pm » wrote: ↑ They were at war. After 9/11, our soldiers had to deal with the same thing in Afghanistan. They would use women and children as shields and hide out in their home while firing at the marines. We had ground troops that went from house to house to weed them out. We didn't take out the whole damn village. Israel could have done the same.Skans » 23 Feb 2025, 12:52 pm » wrote: ↑ They were at war. Gaza's military was hiding under these buildings using them as shields. Stalin killed off enemies who threatened his nation.
Hitler killed off people he perceived would threaten the survival of his nation.
Bush killed off hoards of Afghani's in retaliation for attacking the US.
The VC tried to eradicate the South Vietnamese.
The North Koreans tried to eradicate the Koreans who opposed them.
Rome annihilated enemies who threatened their empire.
The Turks eradicated Armenians after the Armenians started **** with the Turks.
Revolutionary War - British sympathizers were exterminated or forced to flee to Canada.
The US Civil War - blacks were saved from extermination. How did that work out?
Just some historic examples.

Israel received numerous internal and external warnings and alerts of a forthcoming attack by Hamas during the months, weeks, and days prior to Hamas’ attack of October 7, 2023 that killed 1,200 Israelis. The savagery and casualties in this attack provided Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu with the excuse and initial justification to launch a calculated war to destroy and depopulate Gaza, with the unified support of Israelis’, and virtually unlimited weapons, funding, and political coverage from the United States.Israel’s intelligence and military sectors operate from within a contextual reality of being surrounded by enemies, who have a history of launching terrorist attacks and military strikes against Israel. Given Israel’s permanent state of heightened monitoring for potential terrorist and military strikes, it’s improbable they could have ignored so many indicators and notifications of an attack coming out of Gaza during the first two weeks of October, unless Israeli officials dismissed them to achieve specific objectives. Allowing Hamas and its allies to carry out their brutal attacks that butchered 1,200 Israeli’s, most of whom were defenseless civilians, provides the far-right Zionist and ultra-nationalist Israeli groups with enhanced power to pursue their agenda of destroying and depopulating Gaza. The right-wing groups strive to exploit the slaughter of Israeli citizens, to remove most of the Palestinians from Gaza permanently, so it can be repopulated by Israeli settlers and eventually annexed into the State of Israel, along with the West Bank. This is one of the reasons the Israeli government continues its aggressive settlement program in the West Bank, while local Israeli groups harass and attack Palestinian residents in the West Bank and vandalize their homes and property. This article provides information on many of the activities, indicators, and notifications that were dismissed or ignored by Israeli officials, along with additional reasons as to why this may have been a deliberate decision, instead of random intelligence failures.

I guess dead Americans are less of a concern.....that's what happens when you try to minimize enemy casualties.Vegas » 23 Feb 2025, 5:51 pm » wrote: ↑ After 9/11, our soldiers had to deal with the same thing in Afghanistan. Actually, we killed lots of women and children. Or, did you forget the thousands of airstrikes against Taliban and Al-Qaeda targets following 9-11? Almost 4,000 civilians were killed in the air campaign alone. And, 46,000 Afghani civilians were killed during the war. I'm not saying any of that was wrong. In fact, I believe we should have exterminated everyone within the Afghan borders for that attack. We should have taken that land and repopulated it with Indian Hindus, rather than engage in "nation-building" with Muslims.Vegas » 23 Feb 2025, 5:51 pm » wrote: ↑ After 9/11, our soldiers had to deal with the same thing in Afghanistan. Israel has kept the civilian casualties to about one-third that of the US-Afghan war. And, that's after Palestinians launched tens-of-thousands of missile strikes inside of Israel. I can assure you, if Afghanistan somehow launched thousands of missile strikes on the US, we would have simply nuked Afghanistan and likely Pakistan too.
In every war, there are civilian casualties. And, the losers of the war always try to propagandize the civilian casualties. This is why I pay no attention to it. It's war, not a "wellness check" by a DFCS.Vegas » 24 Feb 2025, 10:15 am » wrote: ↑ They got killed, but not intentionally.
