Illegals already count towards Congressional and EC apportionment.
Illegal immigration  has also made 1000s of US Citizen Rancher / Farmers, Construction Company Owners, Factory Owners, Residential Service Company Owners ...[who pay much less than their fair share  back into the system], wealthy beyond imagination.
 These Traitors have helped to create a "RACE TO THE BOTTOM" that honest [and patriotic] Business Owners shouldn't have to compete with.

I will concede agreement your argument that illegals should not be guaranteed representation, I find it hard to believe they would even want to be on a census.  But if a state has a problem and is overloaded with the cockroaches, they deserve the representation to solve the infestation so if the mechanism of saying they are here qualifies for more seats in congress, I am ok with that too.  The thing is there are 10 Million Jobs to fill in America. We could use the bugs right now especially with tariffs and the need to even make a factory in the first place to start making shyt.

Numbers don't lie, people do.   We count the number of races and classify them. We need to know the number of illegals as accurately as possible.
