I will concede agreement your argument that illegals should not be guaranteed representation, I find it hard to believe they would even want to be on a census. But if a state has a problem and is overloaded with the cockroaches, they deserve the representation to solve the infestation so if the mechanism of saying they are here qualifies for more seats in congress, I am ok with that too. I've grown my own hops vines for making beer.
The cone shaped flower has to be pulled off the vine.
The hops cones are sticky..similar to a marijuana bud.
Each cone is practically weightless and you need a wheelbarrow full of 1000s of these little cones to have enough to make a small batch of "hoppy" ale.
No doubt the professional growers have perfected a way to make harvesting hops much less labor intensive than the "hobby level" grower.
