I will concede agreement your argument that illegals should not be guaranteed representation, I find it hard to believe they would even want to be on a census.  But if a state has a problem and is overloaded with the cockroaches, they deserve the representation to solve the infestation so if the mechanism of saying they are here qualifies for more seats in congress, I am ok with that too.  The thing is there are 10 Million Jobs to fill in America. We could use the bugs right now especially with tariffs and the need to even make a factory in the first place to start making shyt.

Why wouldn't Texas want to claim more seats in Congress because of illegals? Hell, Trump will open the next election here to China and Russia.

I've grown my own hops vines for making beer. 
The cone shaped flower has to be pulled off the vine.
The hops cones are sticky..similar to a marijuana bud.
Each cone is practically weightless and you need a wheelbarrow full of 1000s of these little cones to have enough to make a small batch of "hoppy" ale.
No doubt the professional growers have perfected a way to make harvesting hops  much less labor intensive than the "hobby level" grower.
