The Judge and lawyer had a pre existing relationship that was never disclosed..
Out of 1000s of lawyers and judges in the NYC phone book...these two "miraculously" joined forces again at this Kangaroo Court.

We are engaged in the trade war at work.  The tariffs have destroyed our neck of the global corps exports to foreign countries.  Folks will not pay the 20% extra for the 90% of foreign sourced material in our skids.  We have 400 million customers and the other 7.7 Billion on the planet will be going to a friendlier market.

I could end up in Denmark.
